Always prohibited
- Violence, threats, assault, kidnapping, stalking, intimidation or paid retaliation.
- Sexual services, sexual exploitation, trafficking, escort services or sexual content involving minors.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia or unauthorized pharmaceuticals.
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition or assistance intended to harm people or property.
- Theft, burglary, trespass, vandalism, sabotage or handling stolen goods.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, forged documents, identity misuse, money laundering or deceptive transactions.
- Hacking, malware, credential theft, surveillance abuse or unauthorized access to devices, networks or accounts.
- Academic cheating, exam impersonation or production of fraudulent qualifications.
- Illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, cash advances or disguised money transfers.
- Any activity involving child exploitation, forced labour, human trafficking or abuse of vulnerable people.
Regulated or high-risk work
Work requiring a professional license, permit, certification, insurance or regulated authorization may be accepted only when NEEDS explicitly supports the category and the helper has completed the required verification. This may include medical, legal, financial, electrical, construction, security, childcare, transport and hazardous-material services.
Unsafe or inappropriate requests
NEEDS may reject otherwise legal work when conditions create unreasonable danger, concealed scope, discriminatory requirements, privacy abuse, unsafe travel, hazardous exposure or a serious risk of harm.
Off-platform circumvention
Users may not use task descriptions, chat, promotion codes or payment features to route prohibited activity or evade platform fees, safety checks, verification, sanctions screening or payment-provider restrictions.
Reporting and disclosure
Report suspicious requests through NEEDS. Suspected illegal activity may be blocked and escalated. Relevant account, identity, task, chat, location, device and payment records may be preserved or disclosed when legally required or permitted.
