What NEEDS does
Customers describe a task, location, timing and price. Eligible helpers can review the request and apply at the posted price. The customer compares profiles, experience and ratings before choosing a helper.
How payments work
Customers secure the full task price before work begins. For a completed RM100 task, the current standard platform fee is RM20 and the helper earning is RM80, subject to applicable promotions, refunds, adjustments and published terms.
Trust and safety
Exact addresses remain protected until a helper is selected and payment is secured. Users can report task problems and urgent safety concerns. NEEDS prohibits illegal services and may preserve or disclose relevant records when required or permitted by law.
Malaysia first
NEEDS is preparing its initial marketplace launch for Malaysia, with English, Bahasa Melayu and Simplified Chinese experiences. Expansion to other countries requires separate operational and legal approval.
